Services and Costs
- 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Class Exams (1st & 2nd Class - $200; 3rd Class - $175)
- FAA employee exams (price based on which class is required)
- Consultations ($200/hr) - For complicated medical conditions that require more review, discussion, and FAA consultation, a dedicated time in addition to the physical exam may be required. This can be done via video, telephone, or email.
- CACI – Conditions AME Can Issue
- AASI – AME Assisted Special Issuance
- Assistance with Special Issuance
- Computerized Color Vision Testing – Waggoner ($50)
- 12 Lead EKG ($75)
